Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree or Associate’s Degree (for SLPA) in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state license or eligibility for licensure in Minnesota
- CCC-SLP, CFY, SLPA, or related credentials as required
- Experience in pediatric, healthcare, or teletherapy settings a plus
- Previous school-based experience beneficial, but not required
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Work collaboratively with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Document student progress and update records per state and district guidelines
- Provide direct and consultative therapy services, in-person or remotely
- Support student success in both general and specialized educational environments
