Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC, CFY) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
- Experience in school-based or healthcare settings strongly preferred
- Comfortable with on-site and/or teletherapy service delivery
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Passion for supporting diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educational staff
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions—both in-person and virtually as needed
- Document student progress and contribute to IEP meetings
- Support teachers and families with communication strategies and resources
