Qualifications & Experience Desired:
- Active license or eligibility as an SLP or SLPA
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred for SLP roles
- Comfortable with school-based caseloads (pediatric experience valued)
- Experience with teletherapy or willingness to learn
- Open to SLP-CFY candidates as well as SLPAs with relevant experience
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Daily Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat speech, language, and communication disorders within a school environment
- Develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with teachers, caregivers, and other specialists
- Manage teletherapy sessions if required
- Document progress and participate in district meetings
