Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Niagara Falls, NY

You’ll be working weekdays, 37.5 hours per week, from 8:55 AM to 4:45 PM EST, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch. The caseload consists of 21 speech students, offering a manageable, yet impactful, workload. This position is fully onsite—virtual solutions have already been trialed and found ineffective, so in-person dedication is paramount. Qualifications & Experience:
- Current ASHA CCC certification as an SLP
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in school-based settings
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal direction
- Commitment to onsite, in-person services (no virtual/remote options)
- Effective communicator eager to make a positive impact on students’ lives
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech and language therapy to a varied caseload
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Complete assessments, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
- Foster productive relationships with students, families, and staff
