Key Qualifications:

- Strong ability to work independently and efficiently with little guidance

- Focused, motivated, and ready to “hit the ground running”
- Travel SLPs encouraged to apply—especially those with a clear motivation for their work
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to a caseload of approximately 21 students across the school year
- Complete indirect services and related documentation during work hours
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support each student’s progress
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Maintain precise records, progress reports, and evaluations
- Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards in all student interactions
Role Details:
- Full school year contract
- Standard school hours: 8:55 AM to 4:45 PM EST (37.5 hours/week, including both direct and indirect service time; 30-minute unpaid lunch)
- Strictly onsite—virtual/remote options and facilitators not supported for this position
