Required Qualifications:
- Active SLP license (state eligibility for MN)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Previous school-based SLP experience strongly desired
- Experience with early childhood (ages 3-5) caseloads is an asset
- Strong collaboration, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work exclusively onsite (no remote/hybrid options)
Role Overview:
- Provide leave coverage from November 30th to March 5th
- Approximately 29 hours per week, part-time
- Serve a caseload of 20-30 early childhood students (ages 3-5)
- Develop and implement IEPs and therapy plans
- Deliver direct speech and language services
- Participate in collaborative team meetings and communicate with staff and families as appropriate
- Maintain timely and accurate records and reports
