Essential Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current ASHA certification or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Experience providing SLP services within school, pediatric, healthcare, or teletherapy settings
- Familiarity with IEP process, progress monitoring, and compliance
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with a variety of service delivery models, including in-person and remote
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to K-12 students with diverse needs
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to identify communication challenges
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and document student progress
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams for holistic student support
- Participate in team meetings, training, and feedback sessions to ensure best practices
- Maintain thorough and timely records in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Provide consultative support and resources to staff for effective classroom integration
