Key Details:
- Contract assignment covering a leave from November 30th to March 5th
- Approximately 29 hours per week, creating a manageable work-life balance
- Caseload of 20-30 students, exclusively ages 3-5, delivering targeted early intervention
- Onsite only position—not open to virtual or hybrid arrangements—fostering direct collaboration with students and staff
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Valid license and credentials as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) required
- Recent experience in a school setting, specifically with early childhood (ages 3-5), strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to deliver assessments, create and implement therapy plans, and track progress
- Strong interpersonal skills for communicating with families, educators, and support teams
- Commitment to fostering a nurturing environment for young learners
Core Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy sessions
- Assess student needs, develop IEP goals, and monitor progress
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student growth
- Document sessions and maintain compliance with school and state regulations
