Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Andover, Minnesota

Key Qualifications & Experience:
- SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA credentials
- Experience in pediatric and/or school-based speech-language pathology
- Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and strategies
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to tailor interventions for diverse populations, including children with a range of speech, language, and communication needs
- Commitment to ethical and evidence-based practice
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and implement individualized therapy for students
- Develop and update IEPs and progress reports in line with district and federal guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student growth
- Provide services in-person and/or via teletherapy as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
