Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Andover, MN

Desired Qualifications:
- Active state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP or SLPA)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms a plus
- Strong skills in evaluation, treatment, and documentation for students with diverse needs
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, specialists, and families
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students, both on-site and remotely as needed
- Complete assessments, write intervention plans, and maintain timely documentation
- Engage in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to student goal-setting
- Communicate regularly with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse learner abilities and communication styles
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities
