What you’ll bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- Active state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- School-based SLP experience with pediatric and early childhood populations preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP implementation and special education processes
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Openness to serve a wide range of student abilities and caseloads
Core responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy to students, supporting speech, language, voice, or fluency needs
- Complete student evaluations, assessments, and eligibility determinations
- Develop and update IEPs, tracking student progress and setting meaningful goals
- Consult and collaborate with educators, families, and other related service professionals
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development as needed
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation
