Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Active or eligible state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine students’ communication abilities and needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student
- Provide direct therapy to students with diverse speech and language disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to monitor progress and support student growth
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable insights to support student success
