Pediatric Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Saint Paul, MN

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state licensure (or ability to obtain before start date)
- Recent clinical experience with pediatric populations in school settings
- Strong understanding of childhood speech, language, and communication disorders
- Experience working with early childhood and/or elementary-aged students preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
- Deliver therapy to support articulation, language, fluency, and other communication needs
- Consult with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure student progress
- Maintain accurate records and provide documentation to meet compliance standards
- Adapt and refine interventions to meet a wide range of student needs
- Participate in school meetings and contribute expertise to support overall educational goals
