As a valued Speech-Language Pathologist, you will serve a diverse caseload of learners from kindergarten through 12th grade. Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students in grades K–12
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and track student progress
- Collaborate closely with educators, specialists, and families to support each student’s goals
- Document interventions and maintain organized records in compliance with school district and federal guidelines
- Contribute to staff meetings, consult on communication supports, and participate in IEP team conferences
- Adapt therapy approaches to best meet diverse learning needs and backgrounds
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent)
- Active SLP license for the state (or ability to obtain)
- Experience working with pediatric and school-based populations
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize a flexible caseload
