Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP licensure (or eligibility) for practice
- Experience in pediatric or school-based settings (Early Childhood, Elementary, or K–12)
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and provide interventions for varied communication needs
- Strong collaboration and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify communication disorders and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy services to a diverse range of K–12 students

- Document progress, maintain thorough records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Adapt intervention strategies to meet individual student needs, ensuring access to education
