Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current or eligible Minnesota SLP state licensure (CCC preferred, CFY considered)
- Strong background in pediatric and early childhood speech services
- Comfortable working with diverse populations, including students with varying levels of need
- Familiarity with IEPs, progress monitoring, and school-based assessment protocols
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students K–12
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Document student progress and maintain accurate, timely records
- Participate in IEP meetings and advocate for student needs
- Adapt services to meet the needs of varied caseloads, from moderate to profound
