Pediatric Early Childhood Education (ECE) School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Byron, Minnesota

This full-time contract position serves K–12 students throughout the 2026–2027 school year. Work closely with educators, families, and support staff to deliver essential services that help children overcome communication challenges and achieve their full academic and social potential.
The ideal clinician brings experience with pediatric populations and feels comfortable adapting support to student needs—from early childhood through high school. Caseloads will be tailored according to your expertise and interests, with opportunities to work with students presenting a range of needs, from moderate to profound.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state SLP license and ASHA CCC (or eligibility)
- Experience in pediatric settings or schools, preferably K–12
- Strong understanding of IEP procedures and compliance
- Excellent collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams
- Adaptability and compassion when supporting diverse populations
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and deliver direct and consultative SLP services for eligible students
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and related service providers to support each student’s goals
- Collect and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state regulations
- Modify therapy approaches to best meet each student’s individualized needs
- Attend IEP meetings and team discussions as required
