- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Georgia
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience or strong interest in working within pediatric and school-based populations
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms, or willingness to learn
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) according to student needs
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services in individual, small group, or virtual formats
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other support staff to optimize student success
- Maintain accurate documentation on progress, services delivered, and outcomes in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and advocacy for students’ communication goals
- Engage in ongoing professional development and stay current with best practices in the field
