Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidate
- Valid Georgia licensure or eligibility
- Experience or strong interest in school-based SLP services (elementary, middle, or high school)
- Comfort working with diverse pediatric populations
- Familiarity with IEP development, assessments, and therapy planning
- Teletherapy experience a plus for alternate service delivery
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to students in onsite school settings
- Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student communication and learning
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as a resource for staff and parents
- Maintain thorough records and adhere to district procedures and timelines
