Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Hold or be eligible for state licensure as an SLP in Georgia
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows considered
- Experience in schools, pediatrics, or early childhood settings highly desirable
- Comfortable working with diverse student caseloads and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans (IEPs) for students
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services to meet student needs
- Consult and collaborate regularly with teachers, staff, and families
- Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and compliance with IEP documentation
- Contribute to professional development and foster positive school culture
