Key Experience and Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current state licensure and eligibility as an SLP in Georgia
- Previous experience working in a school setting, preferably with early childhood, elementary, or pediatric populations
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based assessment and treatment strategies for pediatric populations
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other educators, families, and support staff
- Familiarity with IEPs and progress monitoring preferred
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students’ academic success
- Maintain accurate records of progress, attendance, and compliance
- Participate in eligibility meetings, parent conferences, and professional development as needed
