Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
- Prior experience working with children in a school-based or pediatric setting strongly preferred
- Competence with technology for documentation and progress tracking
- Flexibility and strong communication skills to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language and communication assessments
- Develop and deliver individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
- Provide direct and consultative services to students, staff, and parents
- Monitor student progress, maintain up-to-date documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
- Adapt therapy techniques to meet students’ changing needs across grade levels
- Support an inclusive educational environment for students with a variety of abilities
