Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field
- Experience with pediatric populations, especially in school settings
- Familiarity with Early Childhood and Elementary caseloads preferred
- Comfort adapting to varying caseloads/types of student needs
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations and develop individualized plans for students K–12
- Deliver effective therapy sessions, aligning with students’ IEP goals
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
