Pediatric Elementary School Speech Language Pathologist - Rome, GA

What you'll bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Clinical experience with pediatric populations, ideally within school or early childhood settings
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Passion for fostering language and communication growth in diverse student populations
- Familiarity with IEPs, progress monitoring, and AAC devices a plus
Key responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders for students ages K–12
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with each student’s needs
- Work collaboratively with educators, parents, and allied professionals to support student progress
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation, including progress notes and IEP updates
- Support inclusion and facilitate effective classroom communication
- Adapt therapy approaches to various learning environments and student abilities
