Key Experience & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible state licensure (SLP)
- Experience in pediatric, early childhood, or elementary settings preferred
- Ability to manage and prioritize a dynamic caseload
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Commitment to evidence-based therapeutic approaches and collaborative teamwork
- Flexibility to adapt services for varying student needs and grade levels
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to K–12 students with varied needs
- Develop, implement, and update individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to maximize student progress
- Conduct thorough assessments and maintain clear, timely documentation
- Participate in team meetings and contribute expertise in speech-language pathology
- Advocate for student needs and adapt interventions as appropriate
