Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Minneapolis, MN

Ideal Qualifications:
- Master’s or Associate’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Valid licensure in Minnesota (or eligibility)
- ASHA CCCs for SLP-CCC applicants; Clinical Fellow Year candidates welcome
- Previous work in schools or pediatric environments preferred
- SLPA applicants should have relevant experience in either school or healthcare settings
- Comfortable with in-person and teletherapy modalities
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy services for students
- Collaborate with teachers, support teams, and families to monitor progress and update goals
- Support IEP development and documentation to comply with state and federal requirements
- Provide direct and consultative services to students individually and in groups
- Utilize digital platforms for teletherapy sessions as needed
- Adapt therapy approaches to address diverse student learning styles and needs
