Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology or eligibility to obtain
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomed
- Experience with pediatric populations, especially in school or healthcare settings
- Strong teletherapy skills or willingness to learn remote service provision
- Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and educational documentation
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- SLPAs with relevant experience in either school or healthcare settings encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students with diverse communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student assessments
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support academic and social success
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress reports in compliance with local and federal regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and parent conferences as needed
- Adapt therapeutic strategies for in-person and virtual (teletherapy) sessions
