Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) or applicable field for SLP-Assistants (SLPA)
- Minnesota licensure or eligibility for license (SLP/SLPA)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Experience in pediatric therapy, ideally within school settings (in-person or teletherapy/virtual)
- Strong ability to adapt therapy methods to students’ individual needs
- Proficiency conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and documenting progress
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ speech and language abilities to identify strengths and areas for growth
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to integrate support strategies
- Maintain compliance with state, federal, and district documentation standards
- Offer both direct and consultative services, in-person and/or remotely, as assigned
- Support a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
