Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services for an early childhood caseload in a school-based setting. This is a fantastic opportunity to support young learners during a temporary leave assignment while making a meaningful impact on their communication development.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with preschool-aged children and be passionate about helping students build the speech, language, and communication skills necessary for success both in and out of the classroom.
Position Details
- Part-time position

- Leave coverage assignment
- Early Childhood caseload
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services
- Conduct evaluations and assessments as needed
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Support student success through evidence-based intervention strategies
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Minnesota SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous school-based or early childhood experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively with young children and educational teams
