- Relevant healthcare and school-based SLP or SLPA experience, particularly in pediatrics
- Experience or interest in teletherapy services for remote student support
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and caregivers
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in a school-based setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech, language, and communication assessments and therapy to students with diverse needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, families, and other specialists
- Utilize teletherapy platforms to deliver effective interventions when necessary
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation, tracking student progress and meeting compliance requirements
- Participate in team meetings to share progress, recommendations, and insights for program development
- Mentor and support SLPAs and collaborate with other clinicians for best student outcomes
