Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or completion of SLP program for CFY candidates
  • Current or eligibility for state licensure as an SLP or SLPA
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, though Clinical Fellows (CFY) are welcome to apply
  • Experience in pediatric, school-based, or teletherapy settings is advantageous
  • Ability to adapt therapeutic techniques to individual student needs
  • Excellent communication and collaborative skills

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services for students with diverse communication challenges
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
  • Document student progress, maintain records, and participate in eligibility meetings or IEP reviews
  • Offer support and guidance to teachers and families promoting generalization of skills in the classroom
  • Utilize evidence-based practices through in-person and/or teletherapy service delivery models
  • Consult with school staff, parents, and related service providers as needed
