Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Saint Paul, Minnesota

Key Qualifications:
- Current state licensure as an SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA
- Experience providing services in schools or pediatric settings (preferred)
- Knowledge of teletherapy platforms and best practices for remote service delivery
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt approaches for diverse student populations and individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Passion for collaboration and supporting inclusion in educational environments
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to students with a variety of needs (articulation, language, fluency, voice, AAC, etc.)
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Provide direct and consultative services, both in-person and virtually, as needed
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes in line with school and legal requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, parents, and administrative staff to support student outcomes
- Contribute to team meetings, IEP conferences, and professional development initiatives
- Offer mentorship and guidance to CFY SLPs, when applicable
