Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Ohio licensure (or eligibility to obtain) as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or CFs with strong pediatric backgrounds are welcome
- Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in early childhood or elementary school settings
- Familiarity with a range of communication disorders and individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver therapy services to students in K–12
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each student’s needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists
- Document progress and adapt therapy strategies to support student success
- Provide consultation and support to educational staff
