Ideal Background and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current and valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Strong background in pediatric and school-based SLP services, specifically with early childhood and elementary populations
- Experience with diverse caseloads, including moderate to profound needs
- Ability to establish trust and rapport with students, caregivers, and educational staff
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic school environments
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide direct therapy to students across K–12
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Track progress, document session outcomes, and maintain compliance with all regulatory guidelines
- Consult with families and school personnel to optimize student achievement
- Participate in ongoing professional development and school initiatives
This position features weekly compensation between $40 and $60 per hour, along with comprehensive healthcare benefits and a 401(k) plan that includes company matching.
