Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure (or eligibility)
- Experience in pediatric, early childhood, or elementary settings preferred
- Knowledgeable in developing and implementing IEPs
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Adaptable to caseloads that align with experience and preference
- CFYs and seasoned SLPs are welcome
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments for students in K–12
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to promote student progress
- Document ongoing progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school requirements
- Provide direct and consultative services in both individual and group settings
- Support school-wide initiatives for language and communication development
