Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current state licensure required
- Previous experience in pediatric or school-based SLP settings preferred
- Experience working with early childhood, elementary, or adolescent populations
- Ability to manage and prioritize a flexible caseload from moderate to profound needs
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to students across K–12
- Develop and implement IEPs, monitor progress, and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to create supportive learning environments
- Provide family and staff training to maximize student success
