What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid SLP license in (or eligibility for) Ohio
- Experience with pediatric, early childhood, or elementary school populations strongly preferred
- Familiarity with a range of speech and language disorders, including moderate to profound needs
- Ability to develop and implement IEPs, conduct assessments, and document student progress
- Strong collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams, students, and caregivers
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders in a diverse K–12 school population
- Create tailored treatment plans and therapy sessions based on individual student needs
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings
- Offer guidance and support to families and educators on students’ communication skills
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students
