Elementary Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Columbus, OH

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
- Recent experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations, including early childhood and elementary-aged students
- Strong skills in assessment, intervention, and IEP development for students with varying communication needs
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Familiarity with school-based processes and collaborative service delivery
- Compassionate, adaptable, and committed to student development
Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans and deliver therapy services to assigned caseload
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Document student performance, prepare progress reports, and participate in IEP meetings
- Adapt interventions to accommodate diverse learning and language needs
- Provide guidance to teachers and families regarding effective communication strategies
