Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current or eligible Ohio SLP licensure.
- Prior experience in a pediatric, early childhood, or elementary school setting.
- Familiarity with IEP development, progress tracking, and parent communication.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable managing varying caseloads and adapting interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for K–12 students.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students’ unique needs.
- Provide direct therapy services, both individually and in small groups.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case notes and documentation.
- Participate in IEP meetings and progress reviews.
