Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience in pediatric and school-based settings
- Comfort working with a range of needs, from moderate to profound
- Strong collaboration skills and adaptability within a multidisciplinary team
- CFs and seasoned SLPs both considered
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans for K–12 students
- Deliver speech and language therapy tailored to IEP goals
- Regularly monitor, document, and report on student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Engage in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of effective communication strategies school-wide
- Stay current with best practices and regulatory standards in the field
