Your Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state SLP license or certification (or eligibility to obtain before start)
- Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations
- Knowledge of assessment tools, IEP processes, and various communication disorders
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff
- Comfortable adapting to both in-person and remote service delivery models as needed
Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting evaluations and assessments for students in grades K–12
- Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans (IEPs)
- Collaborating with teachers, psychologists, and support staff
- Providing direct therapy to students with varying needs, from moderate to profound
- Effectively documenting progress, outcomes, and recommended interventions
- Engaging families as partners in the therapy process
