Qualifications & Experience Sought:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure or eligibility for Ohio SLP certification
- Previous experience in pediatric and/or school-based settings, including early childhood and elementary school populations
- Strong commitment to serving students with varied needs and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and deliver targeted therapy for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to enhance student progress and generalization of skills
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and legal requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and professional learning activities to ensure best practices
- Provide therapy and support for a diverse range of student needs, with flexibility based on caseload assignment
