Pediatric Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Shepherd, Montana

In this role, you’ll work collaboratively with a dedicated team to deliver high-quality therapy services that foster growth and achievement for students across a spectrum of ages and abilities. Caseload assignments are flexible, tailored to your background and preferences.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current SLP license (or eligibility to obtain) for the state of Montana
- Experience with pediatric populations, particularly in school settings, preferred
- Comfort working with early childhood, elementary, and adolescent students
- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, and providing direct therapy to students K–12
- Participating in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
- Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families for student support
- Maintaining thorough, timely records and progress reports
- Adapting therapy approaches to meet diverse student needs
