Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
- State licensure (or ability to obtain before the start date)
- Experience across pediatric populations, especially K–12
- Familiarity with individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of services
- Offer guidance and education to families on communication development
