Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFs are welcome to apply
- Previous experience in pediatric and/or school-based settings (Early Childhood, Elementary, or broader school-aged populations) is highly desirable
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and families
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Committed to supporting diverse learning needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and develop targeted Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy to students with a range of communication needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote student success
- Maintain accurate records and meet federal, state, and district compliance requirements
- Engage families and educators in the therapeutic process and progress monitoring
