Early Childhood Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Laurel, MT

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure or eligibility for SLP licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY considered
- Experience in pediatric, early childhood, or elementary school settings
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication skills with students, staff, and families
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations for K–12 students with diverse communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver therapy sessions tailored to student goals, adjusting to different ability levels
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participate in school meetings and professional development as needed
