What you bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current CCC-SLP or CFY credentials
- Ohio SLP license in hand or eligibility
- Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric populations, especially in school settings
- Comfort with a range of communication and cognitive needs, from moderate to significant
- Strong collaboration and organizational skills
Your responsibilities:
- Provide assessments, individualized therapy, and progress reporting for K–12 students with diverse speech and language challenges
- Create engaging, evidence-based interventions tailored to each student’s needs
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Adapt therapy plans to meet evolving caseload needs
