Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid SLP license (or eligibility) for the state
- Recent experience with pediatric, early childhood, or elementary school populations preferred
- Strong skills in assessment, diagnosis, and development of treatment plans
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with multidisciplinary teams
- Flexibility in managing varying caseloads and adapting to students’ unique needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students’ speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with a spectrum of communication challenges
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to support student success in academic and social settings
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal-setting and progress monitoring
- Provide both direct and consultative services across different grade levels as assigned
