Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active and valid state license (or eligibility for licensure)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status
- Experience working with K–12 students; specialties in pediatrics, early childhood, or elementary strongly valued
- Comfortable adapting to caseloads from moderate to profound needs
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with educators, specialists, and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of communication and swallowing disorders for students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress records in compliance with school and state requirements
- Offer consultative services to staff and family members to maximize student success
- Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings and school-based initiatives
