This on-site only position is designed for talented SLP-CFs ready to start their career journey in a dynamic school-based setting for the 2026-2027 academic year. Enjoy comprehensive supervision by experienced SLP-CCCs as you make a positive difference across a range of elementary, middle, and ESE Center schools, serving diverse caseloads that include general education, PreK, ASD, and InD student populations.
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Active Florida provisional SLP license from the Department of Health (required)
- Eligibility to complete and clear school district fingerprinting (process support provided)
- Recent graduates and clinicians seeking Clinical Fellowship experience are encouraged
- Strong communication skills and adaptability to varied settings, age groups, and caseloads
- Willingness to work exclusively on-site at school locations
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students, according to individualized education plans
- Complete assessments, documentation, and progress monitoring as required by school guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, school support teams, and families to maximize student outcomes
- Participate in supervision meetings, professional development, and team activities
- Ensure compliance with all credentialing and onboarding requirements, including internal video interview and background clearance
