Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Active Florida provisional SLP license from the Department of Health
- Fingerprinting clearance through the AHCA Clearinghouse (process explained during credentialing)
- Eligibility to work in schools; must pass an internal video interview for final consideration
- SLP-CFs only; SLPAs are not being considered for these roles
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy and diagnostic services to students across diverse age ranges and caseloads
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and student support staff to develop and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Maintain detailed records, progress notes, and required documentation in compliance with school and regulatory standards
- Participate in consultation and supervision with SLP-CCC mentors dedicated to your clinical development
- Engage in ongoing professional development and school meetings as needed
