You’ll work on-site, supporting students across various age groups and caseloads, with locations and assignments tailored based on your preferences and the district’s needs. Qualifications:
- Active FL provisional SLP license through the Department of Health
- Eligible to begin Clinical Fellowship Year by August 2026
- Ability to obtain fingerprint clearance compliant with Florida school district standards (assistance provided with the process, including prior fingerprint verification if applicable)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to working exclusively on-site with flexibility for multiple campus assignments as needed
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services as outlined by each student’s IEP
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
- Collaborate regularly with supervising SLP-CCC, educators, and families
- Participate in school-based meetings and multidisciplinary teams
- Adapt therapy sessions to meet the diverse needs of assigned caseloads (including regular, ASD, PreK, and more)
- Travel between assigned schools within the county as required to fulfill your FTE
