Seeking enthusiastic Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Speech-Language Pathologists to support a diverse student population across multiple school sites near Saint Johns, FL. The position spans from ASAP through May 28, 2027, with a consistent Monday-Friday schedule totaling 35 hours per week.
Your role will be primarily itinerant, supporting PreK–12 students with mild to moderate needs (estimated caseload of 60; subject to confirmation). Assignments may include a blend of elementary, high school, and specialized center schools. Candidates should thrive in dynamic environments, excel at collaboration, and be ready to travel between different campuses as needed.
Qualifications:
- Active Florida Department of Health SLP licensure required.
- CFY candidates with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage caseloads and balance responsibilities across multiple locations.
- Must be comfortable working with a wide age and need range, including PreK–12 and severe populations.
- Willingness to complete all time-sensitive credentialing, including fingerprinting and JLA badge, according to Florida school requirements.
- Commitment to excellence in communication and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, develop, and implement treatment plans tailored to students’ individual needs.
- Collaborate with educational staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Provide direct therapy and consultative services.
- Complete and maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state standards.
- Adapt flexibly to the varying requirements of each assigned school.
