SLP CFY - Orange Park, FL
Step into a rewarding, full-time contract opportunity as a Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist (CFY-SLP) supporting students in the PreK-12 population. The upcoming school year will run from August 10, 2026, through May 28, 2027, with a steady weekly schedule of 35 hours (7 hours per day), designed for consistent student engagement and collaborative school partnerships.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Florida Department of Health SLP licensure
- Eligibility for or current Clinical Fellowship (CFY) status
- Ability to complete required fingerprinting and credentialing as outlined by state guidelines
- Previous experience in school-based settings or pediatric populations preferred
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Must be able to travel between school locations as assigned (itinerant position)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and deliver speech and language therapy for students with mild to moderate needs
- Maintain thorough documentation, progress monitoring, and data collection
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other therapists to support student success
- Attend school meetings, contribute to IEP development, and participate in student support teams
- Flexibly manage caseload across multiple schools within the district
