What You’ll Need to Qualify:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Florida provisional SLP License from the Department of Health
- Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY); supervision is provided
- Completion of fingerprinting (AHCA Clearinghouse verification or new prints as needed)
- Preparedness for a brief video interview to confirm fit and readiness
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adaptability across multiple locations
- Ability to manage varying caseloads, with flexibility in assignments based on student needs and site preference
What You’ll Do:
- Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to students (PreK through high school), including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder, intellectual/developmental disabilities, and hearing impairments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
- Document progress, participate in multidisciplinary meetings, and adhere to IEP and compliance requirements
- Rotate or serve in a single location based on full-time equivalent (FTE) assignment—preferences for site placement considered
