Your assignment will be on-site only, with the opportunity to combine multiple location openings to create your ideal full-time role (35 hours per week, Monday–Friday). Both variety and flexibility in location are available, so you can rank your top school preferences based on open FTEs. Supervision is readily available through knowledgeable SLP-CCCs to guide and support your professional development—note that this position is exclusively for SLP-CFs, and not open to SLPAs.
Key Requirements:
- Active Florida provisional SLP license from the Department of Health
- Commitment to on-site service (no virtual or remote options)
- Successful completion of fingerprint clearance (previous prints may be verified through the AHCA Clearinghouse)
- Ability to begin onboarding promptly upon offer
- Open to internal video interviewing as part of our streamlined hiring process
- Flexible to be assigned across different school sites within the district
In this role, you’ll:
- Deliver direct speech and language services to students across a variety of age groups and needs
- Collaborate closely with supervising SLP-CCCs and educational teams
- Participate in the development of intervention plans and progress tracking
- Communicate effectively with students, families, and school staff
