What You'll Bring:
- Active provisional FL SLP license from the Department of Health (required)
- Completion or near-completion of a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Eligibility for SLP-CF status (not accepting SLPAs for this position)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to manage and adapt to caseloads across different student populations (potential for PreK, ASD, InD, Reg, DHH, Head Start)
- Willingness to complete required fingerprinting/credentialing in accordance with state standards
- Enthusiasm for working on-site, as this opportunity is not open to virtual/remote candidates
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language services to students according to their IEPs
- Maintain thorough progress documentation and timely reporting
- Participate in IEP meetings, collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents
- Engage in supervision and professional growth, with supportive oversight provided
- Adapt service delivery for diverse caseloads and school environments
- Travel between assigned school locations if needed to fulfill full-time hours
