Step into a meaningful Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) opportunity in the vibrant West Palm Beach area, tailored for educators passionate about making a difference in local schools. Multiple assignments are open throughout the county, all on-site only, offering a unique way to combine locations to create a full-time schedule of 35 hours per week (seven hours per day). Start dates are flexible but positions can begin as soon as possible and run through late May.
As an SLP-CF, you'll benefit from available supervision, as well as varied experiences spanning elementary, middle, and high schools, with caseloads and age groups differing by assignment. Supervision stipends are included for those overseeing SLP-CFs. Please note, these roles are not open to SLPAs and require on-campus presence.
What we're seeking:
- Active FL provisional SLP License issued by the Department of Health
- Willingness to work across multiple school sites in Palm Beach County
- Ability to manage differing caseloads and age groups
- Commitment to full-time hours and in-person support
- Successful completion of fingerprinting and internal eligibility/video interviews
- Enthusiasm for collaboration and ongoing professional growth
Role expectations:
- Deliver high-quality speech and language interventions
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate regularly with educational teams, students, and families
- Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with district standards
- Participate in required meetings, training, and supervision
- Adapt services based on assignment needs and scheduling
