You’ll serve an FTE-level caseload (varied by assignment and location) with opportunities to grow, as several positions are available. Onboarding is streamlined, with prompt credentialing support and an expeditious internal interview process guiding you toward success. Supervision is available throughout your Clinical Fellowship Year; please note, SLPAs are not being accepted for these roles.
Key Qualifications:
- Current FL provisional SLP License from the Dept. of Health
- Eligibility to complete fingerprinting (or existing prints via AHCA Clearinghouse with JLA badge eligibility)
- Commitment to on-site service; remote/virtual work is not available
- Eagerness for a full-time schedule (35 hours/week) across school locations in Palm Beach County
- Dedication to completing internal screening and onboarding quickly
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language services to students PreK-12 (age group and caseloads vary by placement)
- Collaborate with supervising SLP-CCC and educational teams
- Engage in IEP and multi-disciplinary meetings as needed
- Deliver evidence-based, student-centered therapy
- Maintain documentation aligned with school and state guidelines
