What you’ll bring:
- Active Florida provisional SLP license (Department of Health)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year
- Commitment to on-site work; virtual options are not available
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit
- Flexibility to adapt to varying caseloads and school locations
- Completion of all time-sensitive fingerprinting/background checks as required in Florida schools
What you’ll do:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to students, with age, caseload size, and school assignments based on preferences and needs across multiple campuses
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), track student progress, and maintain thorough documentation
- Partner closely with supervising SLP-CCC mentors and fellow educators to ensure quality care
- Support students’ language, articulation, social communication, and cognitive-communication growth
- Contribute to multidisciplinary teams and engage with families to foster student success
