Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active provisional Florida SLP license from the Department of Health required
- Completion of fingerprinting process, or verification of current clearance through the AHCA Clearinghouse
- Eagerness to work on-site (virtual assignments are not available for this position)
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Internal eligibility interview and video interview required prior to onboarding
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services at one or more assigned schools, with schedules designed to create a full-time workload
- Address a variety of communication disorders in students across caseloads that may include articulation, fluency, voice, language, and AAC support
- Collaborate with supervising SLPs to meet CFY requirements and receive constructive feedback on clinical practice
- Document interventions, maintain accurate progress notes, and participate in IEP meetings as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Engage with educators, families, and staff to promote student success
