Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Experience with pediatric caseloads in school or healthcare environments
- Strong skills in teletherapy and virtual service delivery platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Knowledge of IEPs and school documentation practices
- Dedication to culturally responsive and student-centered care
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct speech-language therapy to students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of goals
- Utilize teletherapy when appropriate to provide flexible service models
- Support students from diverse backgrounds, fostering a positive and inclusive environment
