This contract position is available immediately and runs through June 6, 2025, with no summer hours required, so you can plan your time accordingly! There’s also a strong potential to renew for the following school year.
Ideal Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CF); SLPAs with school or healthcare experience are welcome
- Current state license or eligibility (Minnesota)
- Experience with K–8th grade populations is advantageous, but new graduates and recent CFY candidates will be considered
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Enthusiasm for working collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families
- Adaptability to travel between two school sites
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech/language therapy services to a diverse caseload
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs
- Maintain required documentation and progress reports
- Utilize teletherapy platforms as needed to support student needs
- Participate in case conferences and school meetings
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment for every student
