Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Saint Peter, Minnesota

This opportunity offers a flexible weekly schedule—work 30-32 hours across four days (Monday through Thursday) or five days (Monday through Friday), based on your preference. The assignment begins as soon as possible and extends through June 6, 2025, with the option for renewal for the 2025-2026 school year. No summer hours required, so you can truly recharge between assignments.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or valid eligibility for SLP-CFY or SLPA roles
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology in MN
- Experience with K-8 or pediatric caseloads in school or healthcare settings
- Background in direct therapy, assessments, and IEP documentation
- Comfortable working between two school locations
- Teletherapy experience is welcomed
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage students, families, and staff
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to K-8 students across two sites
- Conduct evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, and maintain IEP documentation
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, collaborating with school teams and families
- Adapt therapy delivery, including in-person and virtual service provision if needed
- Support educational goals and help build students’ confidence and communication abilities
