This travel position offers a flexible schedule (Monday–Thursday or Monday–Friday, based on your preference), working 30-32 hours weekly between two local school sites. You’ll work with a diverse K–8 caseload, developing tailored interventions and seeing your students grow throughout the school year. Start as soon as possible and work through June 6, 2025, with the potential to renew for the following school year—no summer work required.
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Valid SLP, SLP-CF, or SLPA licensure in Minnesota (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience with K–8th grade populations in school or healthcare settings
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and adaptable in diverse educational environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to K–8 students across two school sites
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists
- Conduct assessments, document progress, and maintain accurate records
