Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Jordan, MN

You’ll work between two nearby sites, providing services across a diverse caseload of elementary and middle school students. Your schedule offers flexibility: enjoy a consistent 4-day workweek (Monday–Thursday) or opt to spread your hours across Monday–Friday—whichever matches your preference. This position begins as soon as possible and runs through June 6, 2025, with the potential to extend into the following school year. Summer hours are not required, allowing you well-deserved time off.
Qualifications:
- Active Minnesota SLP license or SLPA credential (Clinical Fellow Year candidates warmly considered)
- ASHA CCC preferred but not required; strong CFY applicants welcome
- Experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads a plus
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is valuable, though not mandatory
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt to working across two school sites
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and provide speech-language therapy for K–8 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
- Support IEP development and participate in team meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
