You’ll work with elementary and middle school students, fostering their communication skills and helping to shape their academic and social success.
Whether you are a seasoned SLP with your Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC), a Clinical Fellow (CFY), or ready to support both populations, your expertise and dedication will be highly valued. Clinical Fellows are welcome and will receive comprehensive supervision throughout the assignment.
What we’re looking for:
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP license for the state of California (or eligible)
• SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY status
• Experience with elementary and/or middle school caseloads preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
Your role will include:
• Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
• Delivering direct therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs
• Collaborating with teachers, families, and other specialists
• Documenting student progress and maintaining accurate records
• Attending meetings and contributing to the development of educational programs
• Providing guidance and mentorship for CFYs (if CCC is held)
