Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility/interest in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Previous experience with K-8 populations preferred, but clinical fellows are encouraged to apply
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with teachers, staff, and families
- Ability to develop and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and positive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Deliver therapy sessions to students in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate with educators, counselors, and families to support academic success
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions as necessary
- Provide consultative support and training for school staff as needed
