Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Active state license (or eligible to obtain)
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials
- Ability to manage elementary and/or middle school caseloads
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with communication and swallowing disorders
- Deliver therapy services either full-time or part-time as preferred
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to implement IEP goals
- Document student progress and maintain compliance with school and state regulations
- Participate actively in team meetings and professional development opportunities
- Mentor and receive support as clinically appropriate
