Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Lincoln, CA

Key Qualifications:
- Active or eligible California Speech Language Pathologist license
- Open to SLP-CCC as well as recent graduates seeking Clinical Fellowship (CF) experience
- Previous experience working with elementary and/or middle school populations is preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Compassionate, adaptable, and dedicated to student development
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and communication disorders for assigned caseload
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to support students’ communication needs in and out of the classroom
- Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with state and federal requirements
- Provide progress updates and advocate for appropriate services and accommodations
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development as needed
