Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Marysville, CA

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY considered (Clinical Fellowship supervision and support offered)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to organize and manage caseloads with professionalism and empathy
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency needs among students in elementary and middle school settings
- Develop, document, and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members to support student progress
- Monitor, record, and communicate student progress, and make recommendations for ongoing needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable input to best serve student success
- Maintain thorough, accurate records and ensure compliance with school and regulatory standards
